No Refunds/No Return Policy
We appreciate all business and support from our customers, but there is a no refund/no return policy. When customers submit cards, the turnaround times are not guaranteed, and they are only estimates, unless stated otherwise. There will be no cash refunds given. If there is an issue, we can try our best to sort this out for you. If a customer wants cards returned ungraded, there is no refund for your submission, we will return your cards to you as soon as we can. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
