We do have quite a big back log we are currently working on from previous orders that overwhelmed us. We are taking new orders as well and have a quicker turnaround time. Most orders will be completed within 10-15 business days. We have quicker options as well. *No turnaround times are guaranteed.

We are located in Frankfort, Kentucky.

We charge $10 per order up to 99 cards. It's $20 per order 100-150. We can discuss any orders larger than that. Insurance can be added on at customers request.

We never charge upgrade fees based on value.

Our prices for one thing, you can get cards graded for as low as $5 per card on our normal submissions. Those companies can charge up to 4-5 times that price for their grading services.

We can grade cards no thicker than 35 pt thickness meaning most patch cards we cannot grade and slab. We can grade cards sizes of 2 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 inches at the largest. We can grade tobacco cards. 

We do not authenticate autographs. We have graded tons of in person autographed cards, but we label them as in person autographs or IP Autographs. Since we're not autograph experts here, we have no way of knowing the authenticity of any autograph. If customers provide proof of authenticity, we label them as authentic. 

We do have our submissions paid for up front. You can request an invoice of how many and what type of submission you want to make and we'll send you the invoice for payment. 

We send them back unless you ask otherwise or there is no room in your package which does happen time to time, we pack them high and tight in there to maximum space. 

We do not offer refunds if you are unhappy with turnaround times, turnaround times are not guaranteed. We work hard to make sure our customers are satisfied with their submission.
