Grading Scale

Our grading scale is 1-10. 1 being the worst condition, and a 10 being the best condition.

We also use authentic and non-authentic label descriptions as well.

10

Essentially a 10 should have no flaws, but there can be a very minor flaw, barely noticeable, and still register a 10, maybe a very small barely noticeable pinpoint scratch. Could be a very minor barely noticeable corner mishape. Not a ding. Under a microscope you may be able to see a very small mishape. A slight centering issue can also still register a 10.

9

Small centering issue, small surface issue or minor corner flaw. At first glance, it may appear to be 10, but upon further inspection there are flaws.

8

Off center, minor surface, corner, or edging issues. It may look like a 9 at first glance, but upon further inspection there are more flaws.

7

Off center, minor surface, slightly dinged corner(s), minor edging issues.

6

Off center, a few more surface issues than a 7, slightly dinged corner(s), a few more edging issues. all four corners have issues.

5

Off center, a few more surface issues than the 6, slightly dinged corner(s), and deeper surface issues.
