As of May 1, 2025 we are no longer accepting submissions. The card grading landscape is a tough business to break into. Our business and submissions have really slowed down over the last 6 months, and with minimal revenue coming in, it's been a struggle to get our customers taken care of in a timely manner. We have made the decision to close. Ungraded cards will be sent back starting on the week of May 12. Our heart and souls were poured into this company, and to see it fail has been really tough for the ones that believed in it. A lot of our customers have reached out about possibly reopening, but that just isn't in the cards right now. Most people have been understanding with the situation, but some have put forward accusations that are simply not true. All of you knew the company has been struggling for months. We did get support over the last few months, but very little. Sometimes businesses don't work out. Does that mean someone was doing something wrong? No. Businesses close everyday, with no funds coming in, there's just no way we can perform the jobs we need to. We definitely appreciate all of our customers that we've had over the 22 months we were open. 90% of our customers have great attitudes and understand the situation. The 10% that don't and want to threaten and harass us on a daily basis, you are the ones that have to live with your actions. We did nothing wrong at CGA. We were no longer making money, and a business cannot survive with no money coming in. Bottom line.

Update: May 22, 2025.

This is the type of pathetic people the world has. When you lose your business, this is how adults treat you. This guy is a class act.

This is from a grown man, looks to be in his 50's. Absolutely disgusting.
